Delegate Sales Representative - Entry Level, Full Training Provided We run industry trade shows and conferences and are growing our Irving sales team. We are hiring 10 Delegate Sales Representatives to sign up business professionals to attend our events. What you will do: make outbound calls and follow up on leads by phone and email; explain the value of our events to decision-makers; book attendees and meet weekly and monthly targets; keep accurate records in our CRM. What we are looking for: no sales experience needed - we train you from day one; confident, clear communicator comfortable on the phone; motivated by targets and earning commission; reliable, coachable and keen to learn; authorized to work in the United States. What you get: $28,000-$30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (realistic first-year earnings $45,000-$55,000+ for consistent performers); 4 weeks paid vacation; structured sales training and ongoing coaching; clear path to Senior Sales and Team Lead roles.
