Job description
Tool Room Attendant (Local to Lebanon, IN)
Pay Rate: $30.25 per hour
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (possible weekends depending on workload)
Job Requirements
Position Summary: Issue and receive Tool Room inventory daily. Always enforce strict control of the tool inventory and the condition of the tools.
- Responsible for the daily visual inspection of all items issued for the correct color code and any damage.
- Complete a daily list of items needed to stock the Tool Room properly.
- Always keep the Tool Room in a clean and organized condition.
- Operate a company vehicle for deliveries; requires a clean MVR.
- Must be able to work with a variety of personalities.
- Must possess the following skills: exceptional organization, customer service focus, excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a passion for quality.
- The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be computer literate and moderately to highly proficient in Excel.
