About the Role :
FLCD helps top companies improve AI through human feedback. We're seeking skilled software engineers to train generative AI models. Work involves coding tasks and model interaction - no AI experience needed. This is a remote, freelance role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Create and answer computer science questions to help train AI models
- Evaluate and rank AI-generated code for quality, correctness, and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a reputable institution
- Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog
- Strong ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in Hindi
- Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines.
