FLAHERTY AND COLLINS INC

Flaherty & Collins Properties is a recognized leader in the development, construction, and management of multifamily housing. With nearly 500 employees, and 100 properties representing 13,000 units in 11 states, we are one of the largest, most active, and most experienced multifamily property developers in the Midwest.

It is our mastery of all phases of multifamily development that sets us apart from other firms. We understand the needs and concerns of owners and local municipalities; we employ seasoned construction professionals who know how to complete a project on time and within budget; and we are hands-on property managers adept at marketing, maintenance, and resident relations. Because we control and guide the process, we can guarantee a superior product and deliver outstanding resident services.

Our company was founded in 1993 by David Flaherty and Jerry Collins, both long-time real estate professionals with a shared vision for improving the multifamily housing industry. Our commitment to excellence and expert staff have allowed us to grow from a local property management firm to a regional development powerhouse. And we’re not done yet.

Developing trust. Building relationships. Managing partnerships. It’s what we do every day at Flaherty & Collins Properties.
