The expectations of a successful Five Guys Shift Manager
-Must be 18 years or older -Open availability 7 days a week is preferred but not required. -Prior management experience in required. -Ability to uphold all Five Guys policies and procedures by leading by example. -Highly energetic. -Ability to train and coach staff. -Great attitude and a smile all while having fun.
