First Watch Restaurants

At First Watch, you’re the reason we wake up at the crack of dawn, ready to make your day that much brighter.

We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing the freshest fruits and vegetables, whipping up our French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our award-winning, single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. This authenticity is what guides not only our sourcing and menu, but also our relationships with the communities we serve.

From holding the door to just being kind, we’re committed to serving you with care, openness and intention. It’s all part of our "YOU FIRST®" mission - putting people first and doing whatever it takes to make your visit memorable. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, well, we’ll leave that up to you!

Want to greet the sunrise with us as part of our team? We’re serious brunch people, so when we say we love our people more than bacon, you know we mean it. We put our employees first, so they, in turn, put our customers first – because our award-winning culture is always on the menu. We’re opening restaurants all over the country, which means as we grow, so do you, with even more opportunities for advancement. The best part? No Nights Ever. Our team works side-by-side during one shift only, so you can leave when the sun’s still up, every day. Start your career with us at careers.firstwatch.com.
