The Role
We're looking for a caring, driven Medical Assistant (full time) to join our clinical team in Hoffman Estates - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about women's health and the patients we serve
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm, with weekend rotation (about once per month) and working at our Hoffman Estates location, with some floating to Northbrook and Arlington Heights.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be an essential part of the care team, supporting patients and clinical staff from the moment patients arrive through every step of their visit.
- Manage patient flow from check in to patient care area.
- Answer phones and greet, check in, and direct patients and visitors.
- Check and document vital signs and escort patients to exam rooms.
- Assist physicians and nursing staff during clinical procedures.
- Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture/blood draws), order tests, and prepare specimens for send-out.
- Maintain accurate patient records and accounts.
- Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies and reorder as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a skilled, caring professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality patient experiences.
- 1+ year of experience in a medical setting (women's health experience a plus)
- Phlebotomy certification preferred - we'll provide training if needed
- Associate degree in a medical field preferred
- Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
- A calm, empathetic presence and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and travel to nearby clinic locations
