Who We Are: Founded in 1902, we have grown to meet the expanding financial needs of the communities we serve. Recognized both regionally and nationally for our exceptional client experience, we are an industry leader - embracing technology and continuously adding new products to best serve our clients.

Why Work at Fidelity? For over a decade, Fidelity Bank has been ranked among the area’s top banks by local and national publications. We've also been recognized as one of the best places to work. A core part of our vision is to be the best bank for the community. In 2024, our bankers contributed more than 6,200 hours of volunteer service and helped donate over $1.6 million to nonprofit organizations across our markets. We're looking to hire top talent to join us in serving our community partners.

Job Description:

The Systems Engineer Team Lead is responsible for designing, securing, and managing the Bank’s core infrastructure across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. This senior technical role oversees virtualization, Windows server systems, storage, networking, backup and recovery, disaster‑recovery operations, and vulnerability management while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. The position maintains high system availability, audit‑ready documentation, and resilient DR capabilities; leads cloud service governance for IaaS, DRaaS, and SaaS platforms; and drives patching, hardening, monitoring, and risk remediation across the infrastructure. The role also provides leadership to engineering staff, partners with security and networking teams, supports audits and regulatory exams, and serves as an escalation point for major incidents and infrastructure projects.

Fidelity Discount & Deposit Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local EEO laws, including OFCCP guidelines.
