Position Summary: Inspect, assemble, and package quality parts within established production standards.
**Reports To: **Shift Supervisor

What you'll do:
- Make sure all necessary supplies are at the machine prior to start up.
- Processes customer orders in accordance with bill of materials and item configuration to insure customer satisfaction.
- Operate an injection molding machine in either continuous or single cycle.
- Perform the following tasks within the machine's cycle time:
- Log in and start activity on Epicor. Retrieve parts from conveyer. Pull parts off the machine. Trim and/or cut as required. Spray mold as needed.
- Inspect parts for defects. Place correct band size on parts, tighten bolts on bands, and/or add the correct label on the parts.
- Build boxes and skids while assuring the correct quantity of parts are packed.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in your work station according to the CCI 6S plan.
- Practice safety in your work station and all facilities according to the guidelines of the CCI Handbook.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
