We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to become a vital link in our distribution chain. This isn't just about counting boxes; it’s about maintaining the integrity of our entire operation through expert analysis and hands-on management. Why This Role Matters You will be the "detective" of the warehouse. By investigating lost sales, managing high-value inventory, and ensuring our data matches reality, you directly impact our bottom line and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do
- The Deep Dive: Run and investigate daily reports (Lost Sales, Negative, and Discontinued items) to find and fix discrepancies.
- Precision Counting: Lead daily cycle counts and specialized weekly audits for high-velocity products and stamps.
- Data Command: Use AS400, Excel, and email to track inventory batches and keep our spreadsheets live and accurate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key communicator between Receiving, Returns, Customer Service, and Management.
- Process Improvement: Identify mis-stocks or poor rotations and troubleshoot ways to make our warehouse even faster.
What You Bring to the Table
- Tech Savvy: You’re efficient with computers, specifically Excel and AS400.
- Sharp Eye: You notice the small things - a mislabeled bin or a slight quantity discrepancy doesn't get past you.
- Physical Grit: You’re comfortable on your feet on concrete for 12+ hours and can handle lifting up to 70 lbs when the job calls for it.
- Safety First: You operate material handling equipment with care and precision.
Investing in You: Benefits & Perks We believe in taking care of the people who keep our business running. When you join our team, you’ll have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, your family, and your future:
