What You’ll Do
- Oversee the nursing team during the AM, PM, or NOC shift
- Provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care
- Ensure resident safety and respond promptly to needs
- Complete assessments, documentation, and medication administration
- Support CNAs and maintain strong teamwork
- Help continue our mission of delivering exceptional resident care
Who We’re Looking For
- Current RN license in California
- New grads welcome
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience a plus (but not required!)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassion, reliability, and a resident-first mindset
- Someone who enjoys working independently and confidently at night
