Falewitch Construction Services, LLC is accepting applications for a General Superintendent. This position is responsible for managing and scheduling labor needs along with coaching and mentoring the workforce.

Job Duties Include:
Field Leadership & Workforce Management
- Managing all levels of field workers – Foreman, Site Leads, crew members and laborers
- Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, discipline, release and make changes in the status of all field employees in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ability and willingness to train field labor in all our scopes of work
- The ability to eliminate problems amongst staff and adhere to the situational facts while managing field staff problems
Scheduling & Project Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule labor assignments for each project on a weekly, sometimes daily, basis according to project schedule and needs
- Attend meetings, both internal and onsite with clients, prepared to contribute with knowledge of the project, capable of coordinating with other trades, problem solving, etc. while conducting yourself in a professional manner
- Communicate to Exec’s, Project Managers, Estimating Team and others of opportunities or issues in regard to production, technology, budgets, tools, etc.
Quality, Safety & Production
- Oversee project quality standards and ensuring our Best Practices are being upheld
- In collaboration with our Safety Director, ensure OSHA and company safety standards are implemented on all job sites
- Implement, monitor, benchmark and enforce standards of production for our scopes of work
Customer Service
- Uphold high customer service standards through personal leadership and managed employees
Technical & Professional Skills
- The ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints, specifications and contracts
- The ability to multi-task effectively and manage stress load appropriately
