Clip wool close to hide so that wool is removed in one piece, ready for the wool grader to examine and sort according to quality. Keep equipment cleaned and oiled. Will also set up shearing plant prior to shearing and pack up shearing plant upon completion of shearing so everything is ready to move to the next job site. One month experience required.
