F&M Trust is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our Norland Avenue Office in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
In this role, you will help consumer and business customers complete their everyday banking transactions, answer questions, and identify financial products and services that may meet their needs. You will also have opportunities to expand your banking knowledge, build new skills, and prepare for additional responsibilities as you progress in the position.
Prior banking experience is helpful, but it is not required. If you have experience providing excellent service in retail, hospitality, sales, financial services, or another customer-facing environment, we encourage you to apply. F&M Trust will provide the training and support you need to develop your banking knowledge and succeed in the role.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide a positive, professional banking experience
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist consumer and business customers with questions about their accounts and available banking services
- Build trusted customer relationships through attentive and personalized service
- Recognize customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Protect customer information and follow established banking procedures
- Maintain accuracy while balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Expand your knowledge and skills to prepare for future responsibilities, including opening new accounts and assisting customers with additional banking needs
Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time position
- Approximately 36 to 40 hours per week
- Starting pay generally ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Additional incentive opportunities are available through customer referrals

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, financial services, or cash handling is helpful, but it is not required.
