GREAT CAREGIVERS START SOMEWHERE.
Maybe your story starts here.
Ever helped a grandparent get ready for the day? Looked after a family member recovering from surgery? Maybe you've raised children, cared for a loved one with a disability, or simply been the person everyone counts on when life gets complicated.
You might not have called it caregiving. But you've probably been practicing some of the skills all along.
And if you've been doing this professionally for years? You already know there's a lot more to caregiving than most people realize.
At Experience Professional Care Solutions (EPCS), we don't expect everyone to arrive with the same background.
Some people bring years of hands-on experience. Others bring patience, good judgment, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in caring for others.
There's room for both here.
Base Pay: $23–$26/hour | Up to $29/hour on eligible premium shifts
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
No CNA certification or previous professional caregiving experience required.
We're a locally owned, nurse-led home care agency serving seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.
GREAT CARE STARTS WITH GREAT SUPPORT. Starting something new can feel intimidating, especially when someone else's well-being is part of the job. And no matter how much experience you have, having a team you can count on makes a difference.
That's why we provide paid orientation, ongoing training, and guidance to help you feel confident in your work, whether you're learning the basics or building on skills you already have.
And you don't have to take our word for it.
"It has been my first job into caregiving and has truly shown me the ropes to what good patient care looks like." - Sammi Wright
"They provided more than ample training so that I felt confident in my first patient interactions." - Drew Gottman
"The office staff has always been great at answering questions and providing help." - Carrie Vandersloot
Here's what you can expect at Experience:
- Nurse-led leadership with an understanding of hands-on care
- Clear communication and support when questions come up
- Recognition for reliability, skills, and strong performance
- Paid orientation and ongoing training
- Opportunities to advance professionally
- Meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients
Good caregivers deserve a team that's just as committed as they are.
SO, WHAT DOES A CAREGIVER ACTUALLY DO? Some clients need help getting dressed or preparing meals. Others need assistance moving around safely, keeping up with daily routines, or simply having someone there.
Depending on your training and the client's needs, your work may include:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Preparing meals and supporting daily routines
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Companionship, conversation, and activities
- Light housekeeping and everyday household tasks
- Observing and reporting changes in client well-being
- Following care plans, safety procedures, and documenting care
Some days, you'll help someone start their morning. Other days, you'll share a conversation that makes their afternoon a little brighter.
And sometimes, you'll discover that remembering how someone likes their coffee matters more than you expected.
The little things aren't always little.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF... A great caregiver is more than a list of qualifications on a résumé. It's how you show up, treat people, and handle the everyday moments that matter.
Here are a few things we take seriously:
- You're dependable. When you say you'll be somewhere, people can count on you.
- You're patient. You understand that everyone moves at their own pace.
- You pay attention. You notice when something isn't quite right and know when to ask questions.
- You're respectful. You understand that helping someone doesn't mean taking away their independence.
- You're teachable. You're willing to follow instructions, accept feedback, and keep learning.
- You communicate. You return messages, speak up when needed, and don't leave people guessing.
Maybe you've cared for a parent, grandparent, sibling, or another loved one. Maybe you've worked in childcare, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role. Maybe you're a nursing student looking for hands-on experience. Or maybe you've been a caregiver for years and are looking for a new team that values what you bring.
You bring your strengths. We'll bring the support. Together, we'll see just how far you can go.
