Exante360, Inc., is looking for a BIM Technician I that wants to join us on our bold initiative of “improving lives through relations, by connecting people to solutions.” Role We’re seeking an entry level BIM Technician I to join our Technology Design Team. Working remotely, you’ll partner with senior consultants, project managers, designers and BIM staff to support low-voltage systems design projects. In this role, you’ll transform conceptual sketches and design ideas into accurate Revit models to support decision-making and project delivery. What You’ll Do
- Develop high-fidelity Revit models based on design sketches and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants, designers and BIM personnel to support client decisions and project execution.
- Produce coordinated deliverables that integrate low-voltage systems (ICT/security) into overall design packages.
- Assist with construction-ready documentation and model support throughout project phases.
- Effectively liaise with team members at all levels, interpreting needs and translating them into digital models and drawings.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience using Revit or comparable 3D modeling software platforms.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable and eager to learn.
- Proven ability to communicate with team members across varying seniority levels and adapt to their unique needs.
- Strong quality-control and review skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in modeling ICT/low voltage projects is preferred.
- Background in an MEP-T consulting firm, architectural firm or systems integrator/installation contractor.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is an asset.
- Experience in 3D coordination and multi-trade modeling.
- Familiarity with architectural processes and the ability to develop clear, concise construction documents.
- AA or BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT or related field preferred
