Job Description: Build, train, and work with ESS Product to deploy predictive models end-to-end for components such as: Next Best Experience (NBE) recommendations; Audience identification & segmentation models; Optimization recommendation engines for omnichannel performance; LLM-powered automation and insights. Design and validate test-and-control setup for omnichannel performance and case studies. Assist in enhancing our in-house HCP and patient-level affinity database to ensure high value outputs and company differentiation in the omnichannel space. Work closely with ESS Applied Insights Directors on AI components of dashboards to ensure innovation, accuracy, and value. Ensure process efficiencies are in place for team deliverables. Ensure documentation is in place and work is created in an efficient, repeatable manner to help drive efficiencies for future business. Be a client-facing resource to support in data science impactrelated calls; not all audience members are analysts, so it is critical that they are able to simplify the complex and pull the story through.
