Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor Pressure Washing Technicians, leading by example and working hands-on alongside the team
- Partner with the Director of Landscape Exteriors to build and manage daily, weekly, and bi-weekly work schedules, coordinating with other departments on occupancy and guest arrivals so work is planned around guest stays
- Pressure wash and soft wash resort surfaces, including building exteriors, driveways, sidewalks, pavers, pool decks, fencing, signage, and resort vehicles, removing dirt, grime, mold, mildew, algae, and other stains
- Select and mix the proper cleaning solutions and techniques for each surface to treat stains without damaging buildings, finishes, landscaping, or nearby water features
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment; report malfunctions and needed repairs to the Director
- Manage equipment, chemical, and supply inventory and place purchase orders as needed
- Monitor weather conditions and make timely decisions to adjust or reschedule work during inclement weather
- Ensure safety standards are met, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe chemical handling and storage per Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and clearly marked work zones in guest areas
- Inspect completed work to ensure surfaces are clean, complete, and meet Evermore’s luxury standard
- Interact with guests warmly and professionally, answer questions or concerns about pressure washing activity, and escalate to leadership when needed
- Keep accurate records of areas completed, schedule progress, and any safety or equipment issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years in exterior cleaning, janitorial work, or power washing operations, including previous experience as a pressure washing technician or in a similar role
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Working knowledge of different types of pressure washing and soft wash equipment and their proper, safe, and efficient use
- Familiarity with cleaning solutions and chemicals used in pressure washing, including safe mixing, handling, and storage
- Hands-on mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix equipment malfunctions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of performing role in a busy work environment
- Capable of working flexible scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays and rotating schedules.
- Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines / instructions in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google business or similar software.
- Proficient in standard computer programs and work order system.
- Clear communication skills and a guest-focused, team-first approach
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, and various weather conditions
- Ability to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and non-slip footwear
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
