Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM Pay: $16 + $1.50 Shift Differential Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Available the 1st of the month following your hire date!
What You'll Do
• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce quality plastic components.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Remove finished parts from machines and place them in designated containers.
• Perform basic production tasks, including trimming, sorting, and packaging parts as needed.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify and report machine issues, defective parts, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and product quality.
• Work with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn machine operation and production procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift hours.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift and move materials within established job requirements.
• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and wear required personal protective equipment.
