How the Role Works As a Brand Ambassador, you're the face of the experience - the outgoing, people-loving personality who gets attendees excited to step up and try what we've built. You'll strike up conversations, read the room, and turn a curious passerby into someone who can't stop talking about their experience. Beyond the energy you bring on the floor, you'll also own the on-the-ground logistics - setting up and running VR and other tech-driven activations, and making sure every event runs smoothly from setup to wrap-up. This is a part-time role with heavy travel to event sites (travel costs covered).
You Will...
- Own attendee satisfaction - be the person who makes sure guests leave smiling
- Lead event setup, including VR stations and other tech, making sure every detail is ready before doors open
- Handle last-mile logistics across the US - the final push that gets everything where it needs to be, on time
- Create marketing assets on-site (photos, video, content) to capture the event for our team and clients
- Run post-event reviews to help us get even better next time
You Bring...
- An outgoing, people-first personality - you genuinely enjoy talking to strangers and getting them excited
- Proven experience managing live events or a similar fast-paced, detail-heavy role
- Comfort with tech and gadgets - VR experience is a plus, gamers encouraged to apply
- A proactive, "figure it out" attitude - you solve problems before they become problems
- Comfort with a flexible, always-on-the-road schedule
- The ability to walk, stand, kneel, lift up to 50-100 lbs, and be on your feet for extended periods
- A valid driver's license and access to a car
- Availability to start within two weeks
