Job Description
Manage HVAC construction and renovation projects and oversee full project lifecycle from proposal preparation, submittals, and procurement to on-site supervision and closeout documentation. Prepare blueprints and technical designs of HVAC systems using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Ensure compliance with mechanical and building codes, and project specifications. Perform air and hydronic balancing tests in commercial buildings. Conduct performance testing of utility equipment and air handlers. Troubleshot HVAC issues, recorded field data, and completed reports within project deadlines. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Somerville, NJ.
