Empowered Pilates - AZ

Empowered Pilates is a 100% family-owned Area Developer and Franchisee within the Club Pilates franchise system. With deep roots in the health and wellness space, we are committed to building more than just studios - we build strong, supportive communities where people are empowered to live their best lives. Currently, we proudly own and operate 25 Club Pilates studios across Arizona and Colorado, and we’re just getting started.

Our Purpose: We exist to provide an encouraging and inclusive community experience that empowers both our members and team to thrive. Everything we do is guided by our belief in people over profits, and our commitment to the idea that Pilates is for everyBODY.

Our Passion: We are passionate about the power of movement, especially as it’s experienced through the mind-body connection of Pilates. We believe that consistent movement is not only vital to physical health but also to emotional and mental well-being.

Our Core Values: At the heart of Empowered Pilates, we are a team that:

ARE POSITIVE & ENTHUSIASTIC – We bring energy and optimism into every interaction.

SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY AND TEAM – We succeed by lifting each other up.

GROW OR DIE – We embrace growth, challenge, and continuous improvement.

Empowered Pilates isn’t just a business - it’s a movement. A movement toward strength, connection, and personal empowerment for EVERY BODY.
