Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee electrical projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with experience in both residential and commercial electrical work. Responsibilities Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, from planning to closeout. Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code), safety standards, and company policies. Manage field crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accuracy. Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions quickly. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the electrical field, with at least 2 years in project management. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems. Familiarity with NEC standards and local building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
