As a rapidly expanding eCommerce leader, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Islandia operations. This role is ideal for someone with some warehouse experience who is looking to step into a more professional, high-volume environment. We are seeking a team player who understands the importance of shipping accuracy and is ready to grow with a company that values hard work and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment Excellence: Accurately pick and pack consumer orders using digital picking lists, ensuring high speed without sacrificing quality. Shipping & Labeling: Use shipping software (e.g., ShipStation or similar) to verify orders and generate accurate domestic and international shipping labels. Inventory Support: Assist with regular cycle counts, report inventory discrepancies, and help process incoming freight shipments. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the facility organized and clean to ensure a safe and efficient workflow; assist in organizing packaging supplies. Quality Assurance: Verify items against packing slips to ensure the correct products and quantities are sent to every customer. Receiving: Help unload new shipments, verify counts against BOLs (Bills of Lading), and assist in stocking shelves. Qualifications & Experience Experience: Experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or fulfillment center environment preferred but not required. Tech-Savvy: Previous experience using handheld RF scanners or basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred. Shipping Knowledge: Basic familiarity with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and the ability to navigate shipping software. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift and safely lift up to 75lbs, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Reliability: Must have a strong attendance record and reliable transportation to the Islandia facility. Detail Oriented: Strong ability to follow multi-step directions and maintain focus in a fast-paced setting. Reliable transportation to report to work. Willing to train!
