EDUCATIONAL CATERING INC

Our VISION, quite simply, is to be:

Being the premier food company does not mean being the biggest; however it does mean being the best in terms of consumer value, customer service, employee talent, and consistent and predictable growth. This Quest for Excellence requires hiring, developing and retaining a diverse workforce of the highest caliber.

Our vision captures the essence of who we are. Everything we do flows from our vision. We just don’t happen to be a business that sells food – it’s what we’re all about.

What began as a specialty pizza delivering service to local schools throughout Houston, Texas has become a flourishing and reputable catering company; established in 1993. Despite humble beginnings, owner Frank Ricupati has remained true to his corporate philosophy of providing nutritional and flavorful entrees with the personalized service of a hands-on approach to business.

Although our niche remains within the educational sector, ECI believes that everyone should be given the same opportunity to experience the marvel of authentic cuisine combined with mass production. Groups who choose ECI Management Group can expect freshness to its very essence, along with clever recipes, talented chefs and professionalism in all interactions. We are known for providing unique foods that appeal to a wide demographic.
