Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Sourcer to work remotely.
The Technical Sourcer proactively identifies, engages, and qualifies candidates for technical, cleared, and program-critical roles. They partner closely with Recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future program needs.
This role is focused on candidate discovery and early-stage qualification rather than full lifecycle recruiting. Once candidates are qualified and ready for submission, the Technical Sourcer transitions them to the assigned Recruiter, who manages the remaining recruiting process through interview, selection, offer, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical expectations, labor categories, clearance requirements, competencies, and success profiles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, passive outreach campaigns, networking, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates for current openings, surge hiring needs, and future pipeline requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, interest level, availability, compensation expectations, clearance status, and alignment with position requirements.
- Present qualified and interested candidates to assigned Recruiters with accurate screening notes, candidate details, and recommendations for next steps.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical, cleared, and hard-to-fill roles in support of program forecasts and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation, ensuring real-time tracking of sourcing activity, candidate status, outreach efforts, and recruiter handoff details.
- Provide market intelligence to Recruiters and hiring teams regarding talent availability, sourcing challenges, compensation trends, and competitive hiring conditions.
- Support diversity sourcing strategies and creative outreach methods to expand candidate reach and strengthen pipeline quality.
- Identify sourcing risks early, including candidate scarcity, clearance limitations, compensation misalignment, or low response rates, and partner with Recruiters to adjust strategy.
Salary Range: $90,000- $105,000
