What You'll Do
· Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate guest service. · Prepare food and beverages following Dunkin' standards. · Take orders, handle payments, and assemble orders accurately. · Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean, stocked, and organized. · Work together with your team to keep the restaurant running smoothly. · Follow food safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
· A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for great guest service. · Reliability, honesty, and a willingness to learn. · Someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. · No previous restaurant experience required!
This is an active position that involves standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. (if applicable).

Since 1989 the Pino Network (Jaton Mgmt. Co., LLC) focuses on developing and promoting people from within, which has proven instrumental to our success. Currently, we operate 16 Dunkin’ restaurants throughout Massachusetts. The majority of our Store Management and Upper Management we have promoted from within.
