• Automation: Develop solutions to automate manual processes such as data entry, validation, and integration.

• ServiceNow & ITSM Integration: Utilize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, ITAM) to support IT service management workflows.

• Trend Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Produce clear, understandable reports and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, IT, and analytics teams to understand requirements, provide solutions, and improve reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with SQL, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server.
Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of programming languages: Python, R, or Java.
Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and integration, including NLP and regex techniques.
Solid understanding of ITIL or ITSM best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow modules is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
