The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering quality service, and wants to develop valuable skills in the cleaning and restoration industry. No prior experience is required! We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you succeed. As a Cleaning Technician, you'll perform a variety of residential and commercial cleaning services while gaining exposure to additional service lines, including water damage restoration and emergency response.

What You'll Do
- Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.
- Assist with air duct cleaning and HVAC system cleaning (training provided).
- Perform minor carpet repairs and carpet stretching.
- Set up, operate, clean, and maintain professional cleaning equipment.
- Conduct pre-service inspections and assess customer cleaning needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and communicate professionally with customers.
- Maintain clean, organized company vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow company safety procedures, operational standards, and industry best practices.
- Assist with additional cleaning and restoration services as needed.

- Air duct and HVAC system cleaning

During periods of increased restoration activity, Cleaning Technicians may assist our restoration team. This provides valuable hands-on experience, the opportunity to develop additional technical skills, and potential pathways for career advancement. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No previous cleaning or restoration experience required. We will train the right candidate!
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.
