Develops quantity assessments, cost studies, and benchmarking analyses, incorporating design progression, market conditions, value considerations, and project risk factors. Coordinates trade partner engagement by evaluating proposals, assessing scope completeness, identifying scope gaps, assumptions and constructability issues, and synthesizing bid comparisons to provide and communicate recommendations effectively. Participates in constructability reviews and supports logistics planning, sequencing evaluations, and system-level assessments by preparing data, drawings, and technical inputs to inform design optimization and project feasibility, including introductory coordination with prefabrication, Self-Perform Work (SPW), Equipment Integration Group (EIG), Design-Build Construction (DBC), and other Family of Companies partners to understand impacts to budget, schedule, and scope coordination. Develops sections of conceptual, schematic, and detailed budgets and contributes to pricing narratives, assumptions, and qualification development. Prepares preconstruction deliverables such as presentations, reports, and risk assessments for project teams and clients. Provides direction and informal mentorship to other preconstruction team members to support their technical growth and project contributions.
