The Machine Operators in Stevens Point, WI safely and efficiently performs a variety of tasks in an industrial environment involving motorized vehicles, rotating equipment, manual and power tools, and production lines. Responsibilities include operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. 1st & 2nd Shifts Available 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM [Monday through Friday] 2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM [Monday through Friday] OT include Saturdays as needed. Probationary training may be required on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Pay Range: \$22.22 to \$23.30/hr. May use hand and power tools to assemble products and package components. Follows verbal and written instructions, including blueprints, and uses computer for production-related tasks May operate various material handling equipment such as power pallet jacks, lifts and packaging wrappers Performs a variety of tasks/roles throughout the day, and rotates from positions as required Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment using 6S principles Regular attendance and ability to work overtime While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role.
