We’re hiring a Recruiter (On‑Site)
What you’ll do
- Manage a high volume of requisitions and hiring activity simultaneously, maintaining organization and clear communication.
- Source, screen, and move candidates through the recruiting process for non‑sales roles across multiple locations.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and drive time‑to‑fill improvements.
- Keep accurate candidate and requisition records and provide regular status updates.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience working in a high‑volume recruiting environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions at the same time.
- Experience with RPO, staffing agency, or healthcare recruiting is a plus.
Location & schedule
- This is an on‑site opportunity. Available sites: Chandler, Miami, Duluth, Deerfield, Troy, and Charlotte.
- Standard schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
