In this role, you will use a traditional industrial sewing machine to sew cotton and synthetic materials used in industrial filtration products. This is a seated position in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Candidates must have prior sewing-machine experience and be able to demonstrate their skills during a pre-employment sewing evaluation. ## Available Shifts {#available-shifts dir="auto" section-id="sib3f3" data-start="493" end="512"} - First Shift: 7:00 a.m.--3:30 p.m. | $13.00 per hour - Second Shift: 3:30 p.m.--12:00 midnight | $15.00 per hour ## Responsibilities {#responsibilities dir="auto" section-id="r8dte7" data-start="643" end="662"} - Operate a traditional industrial sewing machine safely and efficiently - Sew cotton and synthetic industrial filter materials according to production specifications - Maintain consistent stitching, seam quality, and accuracy - Inspect materials and completed work for defects or inconsistencies - Follow production instructions, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Meet daily production and attendance expectations ## Qualifications {#qualifications dir="auto" section-id="1fm6vrb" data-start="1142" end="1159"} - Previous sewing-machine experience is required - Ability to operate a traditional or industrial sewing machine confidently - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work with cotton and synthetic materials - Dependable attendance and punctuality - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a production team - Willingness to complete a facility walkthrough and sewing evaluation before hire Qualified candidates will tour the facility and complete a sewing evaluation before moving forward.
