Essential Job Functions:
- Overall responsibility for all phases of manufacturing including
on-time delivery, cost, and quality in the areas of:
- Assembly
- Test
- Purchasing
- Material Control
- Shipping /Receiving
- Facilities management and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with appropriate OSHA regulations, best practices, and company policies.
- Develop a plan for the success of the department and the development of its resources and personnel over time.
Responsibilities:
Implement and administer a safety program in compliance with OSHA, best practices, and company policies.
- Supervise / administer time keeping system, to ensure payroll and job costing accuracy.
- Generate and schedule all manufacturing activities, including work orders, purchasing, production, test, and shipping.
- Implement a plan for the success of the department and the development of its resources and personnel over time.
- Other duties as assigned
