About the Role
Dexter is looking for a Welder to support daily production by performing welding operations using established procedures and equipment. This role focuses on quality, safety, and consistency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Youll Be Doing
- Operate welding equipment following production procedures
- Perform MIG welding on production parts
- Run and monitor robotic welding equipment as required
- Perform machine changeovers and setup adjustments
- Inspect welds and completed parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
