We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform various interior/exterior
duties required to maintain apartment buildings and their grounds in Clarion, PA
In this position, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the interior of the building, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.
- Perform minor repairs, ex. Leaky faucet/toilets, flooring, painting, bulbs
- Maintain grounds, landscaping, mowing, etc.
- Snow Removal of Sidewalks
Requirements and qualifications of the position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Janitorial, misc. maintenance, lawn care experience
- Experience working with basic tools, lawn care, snow removal equipment
- Part-time
- 18 hours per week
- Earned PTO
- Rotating on-call schedule for emergencies
Starting pay: $14.50/hour - pay increase based on performance after a 60-day probationary period
