JOB REQUIREMENTS: Looking for hardworking individuals with a good work ethic. Duties include the following: Sets up productions each day according to established procedures. 2. Operate production machines to produce product in accordance with established standards and guidelines. Mixing cement pigments and compounds to company and customer specifications. Inspects product to faultiness and reports flaws immediately to management . Documents production activity each day as assigned. Package product as directed. Cleans up work area daily ad at the end of shift. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years previous manufacturing experience preferred. Employees must be able to read the specifications or \"recipes\" for the pigment mixtures and have basic understanding of addition, subtraction and division.
