Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (Multiple Positions), Databricks, Inc., Bellevue WA. Work with engineering teams and cloud partners to ensure Databricks solutions are engineered for reliability, scalability and security. Drive operations at scale and anticipate the needs of customers. Drive process improvements to ensure success. Create and guide processes across the Engineering organization. Cultivate and expand relationships with the largest cloud computing providers and build the foundations for Databricks customer experience. Guide the direction of a cross-cloud program, setting engineering goals and launching programs at scale. Organize controls, governance and standards across Databricks’ infrastructure to achieve product stability. Ensure needs are balanced against technical requirements. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and 84 months of progressive, post-bachelor’s technical program, project and relationship management experience.
Qualifying experience must include 60 months in each of the following (which may be gained concurrently):
· Leading cross-functional teams to complete projects with multiple dependencies and constraints; · Jira or related project management tool; · Product development process (PDP) and lifecycle; and · Working with large-scale software and cloud native infrastructure.
Domestic travel required up to 25%.
