D&B Grocers – Metro Detroit, MI Starting Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | 5 Days Per Week Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
D&B Grocers is looking for dependable, hardworking Merchandisers to join our growing team throughout Metro Detroit. This is not a desk job. Our Merchandisers are out in the market every day making sure our retail accounts are stocked, organized, and ready to sell. You’ll work closely with your Account Manager to execute deliveries, maintain shelves, build displays, and keep D&B products looking their best inside our customers’ stores. No merchandising experience? No problem. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train motivated candidates who show up, work hard, and want an opportunity to grow. What You'll Do
As a D&B Merchandiser, you will:
- Stock shelves and merchandise products at assigned retail accounts
- Work incoming deliveries and move product from backrooms to the sales floor
- Build and maintain product displays
- Rotate and organize inventory
- Keep backstock areas clean and organized
- Make sure shelves are full, organized, and properly merchandised
- Work hand-in-hand with your assigned Account Manager
- Help execute promotions and displays throughout your territory
- Maintain a professional relationship with store personnel
- Represent D&B Grocers professionally in the market

- Dearborn / Dearborn Heights
- Detroit
- Madison Heights / Warren
- Clinton Township / Roseville

- Royal Oak / Hazel Park / Ferndale
- Chesterfield / Lenox
Candidates will generally work within an assigned territory. Schedule This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, typically working 5 days per week. Weekend availability is required depending on business needs and your assigned territory. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be comfortable:
- Lifting and moving cases of product throughout the day
- Stocking shelves at various heights
- Repeatedly bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
- Working on their feet for the majority of the day
- Moving product between backrooms, displays, and sales floors
- Working at a steady pace in a retail environment
- Driving to and from stores throughout the day
Experience Previous merchandising, grocery, beverage, warehouse, retail, or stocking experience is preferred but NOT required. We are willing to train the right person. More important to us is finding someone who is dependable, hardworking, organized, and ready to learn.
