Job Description
Business Systems Analyst, Bridgewater, NJ
Analyze business and user requirements to improve merchandising systems, web applications, and digital processes. Gather and document functional specifications for system enhancements, website features, and application changes. Coordinate with developers, QA teams, UX teams, and business stakeholders to implement effective technical solutions. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation of enhancements. Analyze and support content management systems, enterprise web platforms, and dynamic web page configurations to ensure accurate product information, timely website updates, and consistent digital content across business channels. Prepare reports, workflow documentation, and user guides for business operations. Utilize JIRA, Confluence, ticketing systems, and analytics tools to track issues, monitor performance, and recommend continuous system improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of technology and business initiatives. CyberThink Inc. Bridgewater, NJ. We are seeking candidates for the above position.
