Cyber Coalition is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Writer to develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, user guides, training materials, and other operational documentation supporting U.S. Coast Guard systems and Moodle LMS environments.
Duties
Including but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining technical manuals, standard operating procedures, and training documentation
- Documenting system workflows, configurations, and operational procedures
- Supporting proposal development and compliance documentation efforts
- Translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for varied audiences
- Assisting with knowledge transfer, onboarding, and training support activities
