Key Responsibilities - Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment - Load and handle glass materials with care - Package finished products for customer delivery - Follow safety and quality procedures at all times - Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed What We're Looking For - Reliable team players who show up ready to work - Physically able to lift 30--75 lbs throughout the shift - Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative - Attention to detail and commitment to safety - Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus - Willing and able to work the scheduled hours of the shift including required overtime **10-Hour Shifts: ** Monday--Thursday 4 PM -- 2 AM Shift provides $2 premium additional per hour to base rate of pay Base pay begins at $20 per hour
