At our family-owned Culver’s, great leadership starts with people. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and deliver a great experience for guests. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll lead shifts, coach team members, and help turn restaurant goals into consistent daily results.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead shifts and support smooth daily operations
- Coach and develop team members and emerging leaders
- Support hiring, training, and onboarding
- Partner with the General Manager on food safety, quality, and operational standards
- Help monitor financial results, inventory, and cost controls

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership ability with 2+ years of management experience (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills
- A passion for leading people and creating positive guest experiences
- Dependability, humility, and a commitment to excellence
- Must be willing to work 50 hours a week
- A positive, motivating leadership style that builds trust and inspires others
