Bottled Water Route Manager | Culligan

Ready to turn your delivery or logistics experience into a leadership role? At Culligan, you’ll lead the drivers and production employees who get bottled water and salt to our customers. You’ll have the ownership to shape how routes run, coach your team, and see the difference your decisions make on the road and at the customer’s door.
What you’ll do
- Keep deliveries on track. Plan, assign, and monitor bottled water delivery routes, balance driver workloads, and adjust schedules as customer needs change.
- Build and develop your team. Supervise route drivers, help interview and onboard new hires, and support employee growth through team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance feedback.
- Manage bottled water inventory. Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory counts on delivery trucks and in the warehouse.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive results. Track progress against targets, spot trends, and use the data to coach drivers and address performance gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement in route performance and customer experience. Identify and implement improvements to bottled water delivery routes that increase operational efficiency, strengthen delivery reliability, and improve the customer experience.
- Keep safety front and center. Monitor fleet safety, vehicle maintenance, and telematics. Coordinate forklift training and certifications, and reinforce company safety and quality standards.
- Solve problems across teams. Partner with service, sales, office, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues promptly and provide reliable service to customers and coworkers.
- Stay on top of reporting. Complete route operations, inventory, and safety reports.
What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years of experience in delivery driving or logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
- Route management or logistics experience and prior management experience are preferred.
