Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Scottsdale, AZ Full Time | $85,000–$105,000/year We're a BCBA-owned, woman-led ABA practice, and we're looking for a BCBA who wants smaller caseloads, real support, and room to grow. Come join our Creative Crew! Creative Therapy Solution provides children and families with high-quality, person-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We're proud to be BCBA-owned and women-led, which means clinical quality and staff wellbeing drive every decision we make, not a corporate parent company. We work with both early intervention and school-aged clients, giving our clinicians a diverse, engaging caseload and the chance to build skills across age groups and settings.
Why BCBAs choose CTS:
- 🌟 Smaller caseloads - so you can actually do the deep, individualized work you were trained for
- 🌟 BCBA-owned & women-led - clinical decisions made by clinicians, not shareholders
- 🌟 Early intervention + school-age populations - variety that keeps your skills sharp and your work interesting
- 🌟 Variety of service environments - school, home, social groups, clinic, and community settings
- 🌟 A culture built on growth, inclusion, accountability, and joy
Our Culture We're guided by four simple values, growth, inclusion, accountability, and joy, and you'll see them show up in how we work every day. We tackle the hard stuff head-on, because it's usually the work that matters most. We listen to and respect every voice on our team, show up for each other, and take real ownership of what we do. And through it all, we make sure there's genuine joy in the work. If you're a BCBA who wants to keep growing, both clinically and professionally, while carrying smaller, more manageable caseloads that let you actually do right by your clients, we'd love to meet you.
