Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hardworking General Laborer to join our sign manufacturing team in Green Bay, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools and will preferably have experience building shipping crates. Key Responsibilities
Job Duties:
· Assist in the assembly and production of signs, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
· Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks.
· Prepare materials for production, including cutting, sanding, and drilling.
· Construct and assemble shipping crates for transporting finished signs.
· Load and unload materials and products as needed.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to workplace safety standards.
· Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Safety & Compliance:
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies when using tools and machinery.
· Ensure the safe handling and proper storage of materials and chemicals used in fabrication.
· Participate in regular safety training sessions and adhere to OSHA regulations.
· Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in designated areas.
Qualifications
Skills
· Experience using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, sanders, etc.).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· Experience building shipping crates or similar woodworking tasks is preferred.
· Familiarity with manufacturing processes or experience in a related industry is preferred.
· A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality work.
· Any service or hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including standing, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods.
