- Create Music Group is currently looking for a capable Team Coordinator to assist our Viral Department Team Manager with daily operations. You will begin with leading 3-4 employees on a daily basis as the department grows. This is a full time position located in our Hollywood office. Through our Viral team, we collaborate with some of the most prominent viral talent from the TikTok and meme world including Supa Hot Fire, Welven Da Great (Deez Nuts), Verbal ASE, Hoodnews, presidentofugly1, EDP445, 10k Caash, dimetrees, Zackass, Supreme Patty, The Man with the Hardest Name in Africa, DC Youngfly, and more. We currently represent mass amounts of YouTube channels for our artists and social media influencers including Tate McRae, The Chainsmokers, Loren Gray, Mija, Dillon Francis, Young Thug, Trippie Redd, and Asher Angel. REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years experience Managerial Experience - leading both projects and people
- Slack
- Social media platforms (YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook)
- Task management apps such as Asana (preferred), Trello, and Google Keep
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizing large amounts of data efficiently
- Proficiency with with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps
PLUSES:
- YouTube Certifications
- YouTube CMS and/or Copyright administration experience
- Active on Reddit, iFunny, FB Groups, and any other Internet subcultures
- Basic web design
- Graphic design or video editing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working within the YouTube CMS system; Content claiming
- Developing new workflows via delegating daily tasks on internal project boards
- Assisting Viral Team Manager with processing client contracts
- Organizing and tracking daily procedures so that it is clear which tasks still need to be completed
- Conducting team meetings, inter-department meetings, and updating other departments as necessary
- Overseeing asset onboarding and asset label creation for new clients and newly acquired assets
- Collaborating with other teams to create viral client presets and channel splits on Label Engine
- Hiring, training, coaching, and managing staff
- Managing staff schedules
- Tracking team claiming goals and coaching staff who are not meeting them
- Researching viral trends and reporting noteworthy findings to the department
You are required to bring your own laptop for this position.
