Crayola LLC

Crayola has inspired children to express their creativity since 1903. Each day Crayolians take pride in fulfilling our mission of helping parents and educators raise creatively alive children around the world. Join our team and be part of an iconic brand that develops colorful, innovative, quality art products that are loved by families and preferred by teachers. Our company culture is mission focused, encourages fun, collaboration, transparency, helping others, and a never give up attitude.

The company began when cousins Edwin Binney and C. Harold Smith took over Edwin’s father’s pigment business in 1885. A Hallmark company, Crayola has called Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, its home for over 120 years. Today, the company’s world headquarters and major manufacturing facilities are located there. Downtown Easton is the home of The Crayola Experience, our interactive brand experience where families can enjoy a day of creative fun and see how we make our iconic Crayola crayons.

We work every day to create a culture of inclusion – one that grows through sustained action, demonstrates care for every life experience, inspires new products and content, and builds a sense of belonging in which every employee can be their very best. We believe our workforce benefits from a broad spectrum of diverse ideas and perspectives and enables us to understand our consumers better.
