Since 1977, Courthouse has created unique and exciting experiences for our thousands of members in and around Salem, Oregon. We make fitness simple and fun so anyone can look and feel great.
Courthouse has grown from a simple house of racquetball courts (Court-house, get it?) to one of the most respected health clubs in the Willamette Valley with five locations in Salem and Keizer. We've built our success upon our unique approach to health and fitness.
EXERCISE IS BETTER TOGETHER: We have spent decades perfecting our group exercise and small-group training experiences because we know that when people discover a kind and supportive community, they find consistency. And when they find consistency, they achieve success.
FITNESS SHOULD BE SIMPLE AND FUN: Living a healthy, active lifestyle can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. And it should never be boring! Every class, program, format, space, and event answers these questions with a resounding YES. Is it simple? Is it fun?
IT’S A LIFESTYLE: Exercise is just one element of health and wellness. That is why we preach being active as part of our Fit Five. 1) Move 2) Eat Real Food 3) Drink Water 4) Rest 5) Adventure!
Those on our team truly believe in the power of movement and community to help people thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
