Cornerstone Youth and Family Services

Cornerstone Youth and Family Services supports Louisiana children, youth, and families with care that feels personal - never one-size-fits-all. We start by listening and learning what matters most to each family, then bring the right people together to build a wraparound plan that works in real life at home, in school, and in the community. Our approach is family-driven, strengths-based, and culturally responsive, delivered by professionally trained, compassionate staff who honor each family’s voice and goals.

Through coordinated, individualized wraparound services, we strengthen resilience, promote stability, and help families navigate challenges with clarity and support. We partner with families, schools, natural supports, and community providers to ensure services are aligned, communication is consistent, and every child has the best opportunity for long-term success.

Our mission is to empower youth and families through advocacy, connection to resources, and ongoing support that builds confidence and lasting change. Our vision is a Louisiana where every youth and family has equitable access to support, stability, and opportunity - without barriers - and where communities thrive because families remain safely supported in their homes and neighborhoods.

Cornerstone proudly serves the Baton Rouge and Shreveport areas and is committed to building strong partnerships that create meaningful outcomes for children and families across our state.
